NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

Hi Amazonians,
I am looking for guidance.
I am going to start interview process with Amazon next week. Probably all rounds will be done in 1-2 day time frame.
How/what should I prepare for interview?
Am clueless on what kind of ds & algo questions, system design questions are asked in Amazon interviews.
My techstack: javascript developer- react+Angular.
1. Pls guide me on what/how to prepare?
2. Also, will the interview be solely on da & algo and javascript; or on Js frameworks?

Content? No. Lacking the energy to deal with one more thing, including job hunting? Yes.
^ This guy. 🙋♂️
I'm pretty happy where I am. Remote work, low stress. Pay isn't very good, but enough to live and then some.
I’m not content, I’d love to join the great resignation, but I’m exhausted. So I’ll stick around until I can muster the mental energy to job search/interview/start at a new place. Wfh has helped me a lot.
What I truly want is to retire.
I'm quite happy where I am. People are nice, the hours can be rough, but I don't think it'll be a 2400 hr year--things could be so much worse 😅
I’m really happy where I am. Most days I think I could work here through retirement, on rare bad days I think I’ll stick it out 3-5 more years. I’m a second year at a boutique business firm. Paid below market but no billable requirement and great culture more than makes up for it for me.
Love my role
As long as I keep wfh. When the come back to the office starts who knows.
Waiting on clearing the background check and conflicts and then giving my two weeks. Honestly the anxiety of waiting is killing me but cannot wait
I’m content but starting to get a little anxious. I’ve been WFH since I started practicing which I don’t like. Everyone is accessible and there is still a good culture here. I’m trusted and feel valued so that’s the biggest thing keeping me here. Definitely being underpaid but I don’t feel like the grass is greener on the other side.
I’m not looking “right now”, ask me again in the morning.
Me, but I also started here three weeks ago so there’s that lol
