Anyone noticed that employer pf is too low in offer letter. It's not 12% of basic part of ctc.

Pls note - Employeer pf of 7.5lac in a year is tax free.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. I got offer from Deloitte USI with 13.5 LPA Fixed. ( 50 % hike from my current CTC) and I have accepted the offer. YOE 5 . Later, I got another offer with 16 LPA from cognizant
I just tried to negotiate the Deloitte offer but Recruiter told me that this is a maximum hike(50 %)as per their budget and the offer cannot be modified once it is accepted.

Is it acceptable? I was thinking to join in Deloitte.
Please help me find the right decision (Deloitte USI or Cognizant)

It's a great catch with Nagarro. I researched and found that there are 2 companies -Nagarro Enterprise Pvt Ltd and Nagarro software Pvt Ltd. Definitely not same as both inception year is way different.
What's the catch, in offer letter they mentioned Nagarro Enterprise Pvt Ltd. Is it a copy of Nagarro or indian subsidiary of Nagarro group?

Nagarro interview process - I cleared the online test and L1 interview was also done. Its been more than a week. I was contacted by an agency recruiter. When I asked him for the feedback he said he will check and get back as he is not in the office right now. Don't know when he will get back. The nagarro HR is not giving any reply over email.
