Do sales expectations vary between strategy focused vs implementation focused consulting practices?

Context: in my previous gig I focused on strategy & I didn’t feel like Ms were being pushed to make sales all the time, but I was further away from that level. In my current (staff aug) gig, leaders seem to focus less on assessing whether the client really needs us/ how we can help, and more on making a sale. I have signed an offer letter with Google back in Nov’21 but due to the VISA transfer process and then RFE, it took a lot of time for the H1B to get approved. ($260k)

Parallely, I recently received an offer from Chime which I want to accept. They will start my H1 Transfer once formaities get completed. ($350k)

Wanted to check how have other people said no to a signed offer letter to Google and what happens with the approved H1B?

If the (typical) post-MBA role at Deloitte Consulting is Senior Consultant, what are the equivalent post-MBA roles at each FAANG (e.g., Amazon = product manager (if targeting tech function in Amazon), etc.)?

Just found out I'm getting promoted at the end of this year. I am currently a SC and an moving to M. I expect my total comp to be in the 180-200 range. While I'm reluctant to take a pay cut, I'm looking for a new career that focuses more on work life balance and remote work. Anyone got any suggestions on where I should look? Final round at a start up. Have 2.5 YOE and they said they’d offer equity. They just had a 20 million dollar series A, and have roughly 50 employees. What’s a reasonable amount of equity to ask for?

Doing pretty well at the current firm and might be headed to the next level in fy22 or 23 max but feel like I need to move out and do something else as well. I can complain about my Pay, wlb, travel, ability to branch but all the same, I know I have a supportive network and can wiggle my way a little bit to make it more easier.
