From a culture standpoint, what are the differences between each of the big four and Accenture?

Any clue on what to expect in an interview with a managing director at JPMC? I am interviewing for a tech lead position, and this is the first interview after the phone screen. I would appreciate any insights/tips from related experience (depth, culture, etiquette, attire for virtual interview, etc.), and how the positions stack up (MD, ED, VP, etc.).
