Just interviewed at Google for S&O role. I guess I should have done my hw better and prepare for case studies because I completely flunked it. But hope this helps someone else. The case was around cost reduction for their practice. I didn’t like how the case was led. It was rushed.Overall, I was surprised on how unfriendly and scripted the whole interview was. Reminded me of the arrogant tone IB and MBB firms had some 15 years ago during their interview process.
