You’d probably take a pretty substantial pay cut going from a V50 to someplace like Littler, JL, FP, or Ogletree. I’d look at Proskauer or Seyfarth.
If you want to do L&E and you’re not already doing it I’d say it’s worth it. You could clock a couple years at one of those places, get the experience you need, then go do L&E in actual big law or in house. I personally chose Fisher Phillips because it’s still small enough that they have a relatively easy path to partnership that doesn’t rely solely on origination, in the event an in house job doesn’t pan out for me. Just my two cents!
You’ll make $0 at any of the L&E heavy firms (EBG/JL/Lit/Ogl) compared to big law but I went from non-L&E practice and worked my up to biglaw L&E after a couple years. If your ultimate goal is in-house then an L&E focused firm is a good option in your situation if you’re good with the comp
