Depends a lot of which office you are looking at. Benefits pretty standard. 160 hours of PTO is pretty nice to start out

Busy season hours are capped at 55 firm wide.

The Destin/Ft Walton offices are mainly audit while the Niceville office is mainly tax

Hi! I’m doing some research on employee benefits (medical insurance, 401k, HSA/FSA, commuter benefits) and was hoping to connect with People specialists or HR professionals in the comp & benefits space. I’m trying to better understand any pain points or challenges you might face with utilization/enrollment. Anyone interested in connecting? Thank you!

I am 31. I have $750k in assets and 400 in liab. Net worth is 350. Largest assets (excluding real estate) are 120k in 401k, 40k in brokerage, 20k in crypto, 25k cash. Own property totaling $550k (2 condos) but debt of 350k so 200k of my net worth is in real estate. Student loans of 30k. Thread continued 👇🏽

Hi

Wellbeing Program
Employees will receive a reimbursement of up to INR 10,000 for eligible expenses per calendar year.

What's this program in S&P Global?

Hello,
I graduated in June with a dual BSBA in healthcare management and human resources management/organizational management and two associates degrees in business and arts. I have twelve years of experience as a certified clinical medical assistant.

I'm having trouble finding my first job as a healthcare manager. After submitting many applications and receiving so many rejection emails, I've become frustrated. Any advice anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

Has anyone ever been leveled down after reaching offer committee? I was told that I interviewed strongly and was being placed at L6 but once I was presented before the committee their feedback was that since 1 of the interviewers didn’t ask specific questions of me that they’d expect for L6 - I could either proceed as L5 or conduct 2 additional interviews to still be evaluated at L6. Can someone share their experience with anything similar? I am being considered for both PgM and TPM roles.

Partners or whomever can help me understand about billing and hours. To keep things simple, let’s say you only have one staff to work 1,700 billable hours a year on a $60k salary and you have only one job that and the rate charged to the client is $300/hour and an projected hours budget of 1,700 hours. So ideally you would have revenue of $510k. If the staff takes less time partners make less money and if they take more time partners make more money while the staff keeps the same salary?
