Is it normal to hate your VPs? I work at a pretty small / mid-size bank so there aren’t many of us and it’s thin and mean deal teams so there’s no reason for a VP to gatekeep what’s going on in a deal and then demand communication from others and of course dump all the work on you.

I got placed in Deloitte USI in August '21 via college placements and till now, communication has been slow from their end about when job will start.
