OP congrats. See you in Orlando. I probably know you in real life.
Good call. I'll ask them to hold me at manager for the duration of my career.. thanks for the tip
Makes sense, but not sure about the bunnies though...you sure it's 3?
(NOPQR0-3)^2 * (your scatterplot quadrant)* (mean TIG for M4/your TIG for M4)+3 Bunnies
I told one of my clients what I made they laughed at me, told me I was grossly underpaid.
I came in as M3 in August 2014. So technically hung out at M4 for 2 years. I'm slow.
SM is the worst position at EY.
Risk within the FSO
I was rated a 4, assuming that comes with at least 5% salary bump. Hoping they give a little extra for promotion. I came in as M3, so I've never seen a promotion increase or promotion bonus...
No worries OP. Its great you made it. I was just thinking we have to go through so much of hassle for promotion. There's a constant battle. Good thing is they didn't restart the manager cycle and let you hang out for 4 years.
Thanks! Yes it is a battle. Have to make your case. I tried last year and got shot down... happy I'm over the hump. Now I have to settle in as SM and figure out which way is up.
@EY5 - What were you rated last year to get the 12%?? I got a 4 this year.
It can start at least a little lower than 157....😩
Congrats OP. What's your current salary?
176,500, hoping I get over the 2 mark :/
Also which practice within advisory.. that will be a factor as well.
I got a SM offer at EY at around your existing salary . So for you it will be definitely more. Perhaps 185-195?
Well lets hope for that. Congrats again.
