Hi guys, can you please help me understand the levels at hsbc? I get the gcb 5,6 etc but I am not able to understand what is 6.3 and the decimal system. How many are there like that in a level and does an associate starts from the lower decimal and move to higher or vice versa? Also if someone is promoted, the decimal changes or the entire levels change?
