Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?

If you do your part in moving the towards the goal and behaves as a team player guiding others when needed, then the team should not care when you leave. Ideally, we should not be at a client site filling chairs for internal reasons.
I work 7 to 4 PM mostly
Yeah our norms are more like client site with client and then all of the rest of the work on your schedule worked out with manager (eg usually ok to do early mornings or late nights). And super helps to break and relocate I find but that’s personal. Some folks like office environment so they do that
Morning people are the worst. 9-6 is the perfect amount for optimal sleep, activities, and sports watching
I think it really just depends with whom you are working with and if it revolves around other people’s timezones, travel, etc.
As long as you’re finishing the work you should have the freedom to make your own schedule (especially if you’re still with your team for ~10hrs)
