I have built social media and influencer programs for starts up for the last 8 years. I recently had a very unprofessional experience recently going through an interview process. I had 3 rounds of interviews already, did an amazing case, my last interview was scheduled with the CMO, the day before the interview I am told that the CMO wants someone who has big brand experience like Taco Bell or Nike. It blew my mind because this is a start-up too & that my qualifications don’t even matter.

I’ve had issues since high school, but just formally got diagnosed with ADHD. Periods are the worst. It's really hard to have severe symptoms & have your doctors (& to some extent, employers) tell you to suck it up. There needs to be unlimited sick days or atleast a WFH option.
