Anyone reap the benefits of a corporate travel rewards card? If so which one?

When it comes to the digitization of healthcare, how important is it to have tech exp vs. healthcare exp? I understand it’s ideal to have both, but healthcare seems so far behind other industries. Is it better to go into tech for a few years and then go back to healthcare and try to become a change agent?
