How did you all learn to become advanced Excel users? Did you take classes? Are you a programmer? Did you learn on the job? What type of jobs do you do? Analytics? Just curious.

How do you find secondment opportunities? Are there specific recruiters or do people normally do it through their own firm?

I put my 2 weeks in and I literally have no billable work right now. Are they watching my billables? Can I just chalk this up as part of my "unlimited" vacation time? I'm available if needed, but also working remote, so could get away with doing bare minimum, I think.

I switched to Nagarro in May 2021 from Infy and at 23.5 lpa as a senior staff consultant with a lot of product owner experience (in search, merchandising, and AI/ML space) from the last 9 years within ecommerce industry. I still feel underpaid as my last company Infy spoiled my salary growth in those 9 years. What annual hike can I expect in Nagarro? Or should I start exploring outside already now? I feel I should be earning 40-50 by now based on my experince, but is that realistic?

Currently an A2 in GPS (up for promotion) and I know I will be rated exceptional this year (2nd year end). I was not exceptional as an A1 but fingers crossed I will be exceptional as a C1. I got into an M7 school as a deferred admit and am aiming to enroll in school fall 2023. From what I have read, there are some who “retroactively” apply and get GSAP and go into school right away. Can someone provide a story or guidance on how they went about this?
