I've been surfing LinkedIn and noticed a number of ACN folks made Senior Analyst in 9months (tech analyst). How do I do that? Also what's the salary increase?

I’m worried I am becoming elitist. I’ve always thought of myself as sensitive and grounded. But, after a year of staying in fancy hotels, expensing dinners, and jetting around the country, I am finding myself thinking, talking, and glorifying these experiences. I just spent time w/ extended family who never left home and realize how different their lives are…I want to be able to relate and not be the guy talking about how I travel so much for work etc. Any tips on staying “you” in this job?
