Where to go next? I've been a medical coder for 12yrs and hold a CPC & COC from AAPC. I live in SoCal & have worked remote for 11yrs & want to continue. I've yet to exceed $60k & really need to.

Hello all, I've recently had an interview with Cognizant for the AS400 developer role. I've completed my 1st round which went for more than an hour. Now I got a confirmation that I'm shortlisted and the team will reach out for the L2 discussion. So, does it mean it is a managerial round or an HR discussion. Appreciate your response on this. TIA!!

Square Veeva @teletracking
Trying to decide between 3 offers remote/Columbus
Square is 84k salary 5k bonus and 80k stocks vesting over 4 years
Veeva is 100k salary 20k bonus and 25k Stocks each year forever
Teletracking is 125k cash 5k bonus
I know about Square the most and if they paid closer to Veeva and Teletracking I’d probably go there but it seems like they underpay.
The Veeva culture seems really good but it’s a sustaining engineer position for year 1 so debugging

Bought a condo in 2020 for $579k, tried to sell in May for $600k (we put money into it and wanted to recoup some of our closing costs, plus our neighbor sold for $625k. The reason for selling is purely personal, we had an oops and ended up with too many kids for the condo. Anyway, we took it off the market after it did not sell for 4 months.
