Anyone recently evaluate Accenture vs Deloitte, either as a place to work, or as an SI to implement Salesforce? Just wondering how they're doing comparatively, if anything has changed in the last couple of years.

Worked at Acn for 3 years and D for 2. Now working at SF. Acn is better from both an implementation and culture perspective. Like any consulting job, they’re both project dependent so everyone’s experience is a little different.

What was your impression from couple of years back?

I think ACN is better as a SI

For Salesforce Industries, Accenture is way better. For a Core Sales or Service Cloud implementation, I would also go with Accenture between the two. Ultimately it comes down to the individuals staffed on the project though

Yes, of course. Thank you for the insight!

I have worked with both. I felt Deloitte were more focussed on outcomes, and Accenture were more focussed on their profits. In terms of SFI; Infosys, and Prodapt have a lot of offshore talent.

Not sure on Prodapt, but Infosys and other WITCH on SFI projects are always dumpster fires. Please do everything in your power to avoid

Accenture was great!

For SF, Accenture

I'm in the Accenture sf practice, and I can say it's a good practice to be in. There are dumpster fire projects, but they're the exception, definitely not the norm. DM if you'd like a referral.

Anyone from Alix Partners willing to chat? Recent grad in a strategy & business transformation group right now hoping to make the switch to restructuring one day. Looking for advice/ experiences

I am Beyoncé, always.

Anyone switched from AlixPartners or A&M to McKinsey/BCG/Bain (general consulting, non-RTS) or contemplated on an offer to switch? What was your experience, if you switched and what factors did you consider if you didn’t pull the trigger? Thanks!

Life is only how you see it!

How do you get better at taking notes / documenting action items live on calls with 30+ people? Feel like it’s so hard to capture everything accurately.

How do I turn down a job offer from the client? Need tactical advice on phrasing

As I sit here dreading the upcoming work week, I'd like to know what it is about consulting that you find most stressful. I think for myself it's the feeling like I always need to be "on" as though it's some kind of performance. Hard for me to ever feel relaxed in that state.
