Worked at Acn for 3 years and D for 2. Now working at SF. Acn is better from both an implementation and culture perspective. Like any consulting job, they’re both project dependent so everyone’s experience is a little different.
What was your impression from couple of years back?
I think ACN is better as a SI
For Salesforce Industries, Accenture is way better. For a Core Sales or Service Cloud implementation, I would also go with Accenture between the two. Ultimately it comes down to the individuals staffed on the project though

I have worked with both. I felt Deloitte were more focussed on outcomes, and Accenture were more focussed on their profits. In terms of SFI; Infosys, and Prodapt have a lot of offshore talent.
Not sure on Prodapt, but Infosys and other WITCH on SFI projects are always dumpster fires. Please do everything in your power to avoid

I'm in the Accenture sf practice, and I can say it's a good practice to be in. There are dumpster fire projects, but they're the exception, definitely not the norm. DM if you'd like a referral.
