I have received an offer as Associate Data Engineer L2 at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 8 months of experience. The CTC provided is 16. On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these. I was given the location Mumbai in offer letter and my desired location is hyderabad. My doj is one week away and I got a call from an account manager recently and was told that the account operates from multiple locations and hyderabad is one among them. He told me that he would allocate me hyderabad location once I join as they do not have any location constraint. Is it possible to allocate the desired location like that even if there is a diff location in offer letter? Please help.
