Salary deducted even after completing notice period citing hybrid work policy?

My past employer has deducted 28 days salary of 2 months, by citing mandatory Work From Office (Hybrid model) during notice period of 3 months. Severe lower back for reason for me resigning & WFH

Company unfairly allows some employees to WFH. Even contract employees WFH.
I served full notice period & completed all my assigned work. I have records of tickets, work completed too.

Question about RSUs and taxes in the UK - Amazon makes us pay 6.9% of the NIC EmployER taxes when our shares vest, and this amount is deducted from RSU reported as income so we’re not double taxed. I have two offers in hand both great jobs - pay is salary + commission. One is 20k less at plan but is my previous company in which I was apart of an reorganization in 2020. I left on great terms and have a lot of connections but it will be a new territory. The 2nd and new company job has a company car still new territory but an opportunity for growth and to be apart of something new and exciting. I know this is a good problem. Just so confused.

I’m worried I am too intense for my kids. I have always been a high achiever and had high expectations for myself and everyone around me. My kids are now middle school age and I am noticing they are maybe a little too worried about pleasing me and need to relax a bit. They get very good grades, etc but they both seem way too worried if they get a less than perfect grade. I try to reassure them that I love them no matter what but I’m not sure how to help them relax.

I recently saw a post about a kids birthday and it got me wondering if I should do my kids 3rd. My SIL throws her little boys birthday every year and to be honest, I feel pressured to do the same. Her son and my daughter are a year apart and this year, my husband and his sister are thinking of doing a combined bday but tbh, I feel it would be very chaotic since she wants a theme and we have no clue what to do.

LO is 16 months old, very sweet and social, at the park every day with other kids with either me or her nanny. Not in day care. Yesterday we had a play date and she slapped another baby on the head. Not hard and did not scare her, but the act of “aggression” took me by surprise and I felt terrible about it. I’d like to be more proactive about toddler psychology, what’s to come and how to react/ teach. TY!
