Anyone referring for FAANG companies?

I'm looking for a new challenge. I've already worked at FAANG companies (though not all), and I'm fairly senior. What's a good next step for me?

Do FAANG lowball offers nowadays? Got an Amazon offer with 130k TC. I am making 180k TC now. The recruiter told me I should consider FAANG brand and career potential. I think Amazon already doesn't have great WLB, and it doesn't sound like they truly value me.

I figure most of these tech companies may get a slap on the wrist but understand the risks. Heck, most of these senators are invested in these companies and are they really going to break up companies like Amazon & Facebook? Seems like they would establish an extremely dangerous precedent

Does Google value FAANG experience over consulting? Say if a person is trying to get into Google from Apple, will it be considered easier?

How much time does a recruiter take to process and share offer letter?

My interviews went really well and Management were so impressed that they wanted me onboard ASAP. And got information from HR that they were proceeding to share me offer. It has been 3 weeks now since me waiting for it. The company is good hence have kept other offers on hold.
Whenever i reach HR she mentions everything is positive but reasons which she gives appear vague to me.
