Today she texted me saying me and my company are rude for not getting back to her. She then raised her pay rate by $37/hr based on that. I've been on 3 process improvement engagements in my 2 years (lot of people barely see 1 in my group), and the experience is almost consulting type work. However, the rest of my work (majority) is business controls testing (not IT). Obviously my resume can't just be 3 bullets of my "consulting" work. How do I include the controls side but still come off as marketable for non-RA roles?
