I'm a recent hire and have extreme anxiety about doing my current job. I'm wondering what my options are. I'm currently seeing a psychiatrist as a follow-up to a brief in patient stay I had before starting this job. However I haven't mentioned anxiety or job problems to her. Wanted to share some positivity!

I gained 25 lbs throughout 2020 & 2021. In Jan 2022, had a goal to get back in shape.

Beginning in April, after a combo of fasting, intuitive eating, hitting the gym 4-5x/week, going thru a short cutting phase, weight training at 85-100% & slowly building back up to 5k steps daily, I lost 20 lbs in 6 months (end of Sept)!

Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid. I know that I'm extremely lucky to have landed a role during shutdown, but lately my motivation has taken a hit. My entire team of two people is new, and it's definitely been odd to onboard remotely.
