I am wondering if anyone here got their start in Pharma through a contract role. If so, which company? I am trying to transition from Hospital to Pharma and am trying to get my first experience under my belt.

Recently sworn into NY bar, looking to transition from litigation to transactional work. Is it possible to have part time employment as an attorney doing transactional work? And I'm trying to move from employment litigation to health/environment law, how difficult would this be?

Should you work at a field that pays let’s say 20k less and comes to you easy but learning stops in like 6 months. Or something where the learning and growth is there but there is stress and not in your strength zone.

One thing that's been bothering me lately is how hard it is to find a job in marketing right now. There are so many different roles and responsibilities that it can be overwhelming. How do you know where to start? Is there even an opportunity for someone like me with no formal education?

I just switched jobs only to find out their processes and software are outdated. I’m afraid that I will lose my skills in the new automation and marketing platforms like HubSpot. I asked if there was a chance to upgrade but it’s all done through corporate. Ily old job was tech savvier but my boss was a terrible micromanager. I’m thinking just stick around for 2-3 years.
