Anyone see a therapist or psychiatrist to help with anxiety and self-doubt? I've never been diagnosed but I strugggle with this a lot during the day and it's starting to hold me back as I progress.

Honestly even if you feel mentally healthy, therapy is a great idea for everyone. Seriously just give it a shot and see if it helps

Nothing wrong getting help. Check out therapists that do EMDR. It helped me move past insecurities that were holding me back.

I would encourage you to find a Christian counselor.

CBC 1 I pray for believers and non- believers alike. You are incorrect in your assumption. We all desperately need prayer and intercession.

My close friend sees a therapist once a week for issues from his childhood but he says it keeps him laser focused on business and then he writes it all off as "business coaching"

Need a quick point of view all - today on a group call, I asked a new c level male exec if it was fine for me to provide a client with a piece of information we had been discussing on the call (this required his approval). He replied “you’re an adult so tell them what you want”. I was immediately livid and felt it was a totally weird, condescending response. I’m a senior female employee at the company and this guy has already had issues at the company with his tone, thoughts? Am I overreacting?

I have an offer to a commercial real estate company in hand. My current brokerage (residential focus) wants me to pay $3000 penalty since I’m breaking the contract and leaving. I’m financially struggling and 3k is a big number to pay now. The new job will be paying me $2000/month up until the first year only. Is it wise to pay or stick around in residential sales just to avoid that penalty?
