1st year looking to upgrade the quality of my work shirts to something more comfortable. Pretty cheap person so not trying to break the bank either. Any good options in the $50-$100 range?

The partner I work with wants me to dictate everything for the secretary to type. I feel that I am better at typing and more productive typing my work out. I have never dictated anything in my life and don’t think I would be very efficient or effective at it, I also hate the sound of my own voice. He keeps trying to push me into dictating but I want to type my stuff out, I do not think I am that slow at typing my work etc and I am getting assigned tasks done so I do not see a difference.
