London hotel help. Trying to decide between the Millennium Glouster St in Kensington vs. the Westin London city which is close by the Millennium walking bridge. How important are annual reviews? Sometimes I think they can be subjective and are based on how much the partner likes you. My evaluations range from far exceeds expectations to meets expectations. Do you have to only receive “far exceeds expectations” to be a superstar Junior/Mid-level and eventually make it to Partnership/Counsel? As I become more senior, I’m trying to see if this career is something that I can excel in. Or if I’m stressing and losing sleep over something I’m just OK at.
