Should I move to Amazon? Currently in-house with a mid-sized tech startup in LA; 7 YOE, 200k TC. When is it time to leave?

10th year in a relatively specialized field and partnership prospects are fantastic. Problem is, I’m completely fried. I find the work boring. I’m constantly asked to do marketing work for which I receive no billable credit. Because of this, I feel like I’m working at least12 hours a day to bill 7. I work with folks in different time zones, so I’m either up till 3 or up at 3. I sometimes nap while my family has dinner so that I can stay up late working. Time to go?
