Anyone still using Dream11 or MPL?

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who shares in this group. It truly helps me stay sober. I am approaching 12 months sober but have been struggling lately. While I have not relapsed, I’ve been close. Normally, before I get out of bed, I write down my reason to stat sober for the day, but lately the reasons have been lousy at best. I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

Has anyone done a broad survey of exit opps with salaries and other comp so we can consolidate comp by industry, YOE, etc.? I did a quick search and saw a lot of one off posts. If no, what questions should be on it?

Identity like aadhar card) on Experience letters, My aadhar have only my First name My first company provided my name full like firstname with lastname 2nd organization provided experience letter with firstname only 3 rd organization provided experience letter with first name and lastname Will this create issue ??? Then i will ask my 3 rd organization to provide name as legal name on experience ?? Capgem

They gave an assignment as below:

Suppose u r building a movie booking application, how will u handle it when 10,000 people try to book a same seat?
What r the performance scenarios u will consider ?
