I have close to 9 years (8.8 )years of experience so what should be the designation to demand or what can they provide? And how and what are the roles and responsibilities of c2 level! I saw here someone getting a manager designation at 7 year of experience at much less package hence asking.

For JMOs at Accenture who were hired in as SA, how long do JMOs usually spend at SA level before promoting to C?

Home for Christmas. My mom just told me my dad was diagnosed with some rare blood condition last week where your bone marrow stops producing enough new blood cells. Once I proposed an open relationship to my LDR boyfriend and he said no because he didn’t want anyone else. Found out later on he was incessantly cheating. I laugh every time I remember because I still cannot believe the audacity.
