Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
Any thoughts?

They must have really overcorrected on the layoffs. I've got people contacting me from way out in the fringes of my network weeks before rolling off during the holiday season. Manager shortage?

Applied for a role as a director of sales with a medical company and got past initial screening and interviewed quite well with VP of sales. He stated he will tell recruiter to reach out and set up 2nd interview. Although within holiday week they stated they're looking to fill void asap. Has been over a week and still no email/phone call follow up by company recruiter. Kind of a cause of concern some might say a lil unprofessional to not hear any communication whether nay of yay.

This job has really stressed me out and I am on the verge of a burn out. I am considering quitting and taking a break for two months. I’m feeling really nervous about my upcoming test, AUD. I’ve felt nervous about the others I took as well obviously but for some reason with AUD I feel really bad about it. I’m having a hard time focusing on studying and I feel like I’m not absorbing the info. Did anyone feel like this? I almost feel worse about AUD than I did when I took FAR. Maybe I’m just burnt out and need a break, but I feel like I need to just push through and finish all the tests.

Start studying the government and NFP stuff (last chapters of becker.) always heavily tested so if you can try to learn that before Friday you might have a better chance
