Anyone submit HBS yet?

32M here, hoping to meet slightly younger women (in the 25-30 range), partially because I'm not ready to settle down (i.e., marriage/kids) as soon as most people my age, and partially because I look like I'm 25 lol.

Is it better to lie on dating apps and say I'm a few years younger, or to just be honest? Do women in their late 20s tend to screen out guys in their early 30s?

Coming from a larger firm and interviewing with the CFO a growing startup for a FP&A manager role. What are some good questions to ask at the end? Current FP&A team is 5-6

I feel like I’m at my breaking point. Things keep coming up on a client that I missed in January that were never reviewed by my manager I have no deadlines, processes for anything I do. Just expected to know everything. My wedding keeps getting rescheduled and no one is happy with plans I have made I just don’t know how much more I can take and don’t know what to do to make it better :( oh and I can’t pass the cpa.

Is FAANG overrated? I feel like people who invested their time in Airbnb and others are better off.

Found out that I’m getting paid $5k a year less than other new grad hires in the same department and level as me (was told that new grad hires would get paid the same regardless of role). New grads were also told that we cannot negotiate pay because women tend to negotiate less than men and they wanted to keep things fair. Then I learned that a male peer negotiated their starting bonus when I was told that I wasn’t allowed to. Feeling undervalued and don’t know what to do in this situation.

What do I need to do to strengthen my profile for an M7? Female, Caucasian, NYC, 3.5yrs consulting experience at EY (M&A/Technology), mediocre undergrad (top 60), 3.6 GPA, Finance, LSE Study Abroad

Ethics aside, is it a good strategy to say your post mba goal is one thing when it’s another? My story is perfect for continuing in consulting, very low risk, but I really don’t want to do consulting anymore and would prefer to join a hedge fund/VC but I don’t think my path is as clear there
