Anyone successfully lead a team/multiple departments while not being full time? I’m in a senior mgmt role thinking of asking to go 20-25 hours weekly to solve for role issues, but still interested in role & company growth (I understand this may backfire).

I’m now leading/growing 3 teams/departments due to turnover, in daily work/clients, on new business, can’t focus on team growth & I’m burned out. I’ve shared this with other leaders, they’re in similar spot.

Any fellow attorneys out here with any chronic conditions? I suffer from chronic migraines and that is under control, but have been suffering from chronic fatigue. It can be very depressing and lonely. Work makes it worse since some days I move slower and my brain is slower. Hoping I'm not the only one. Currently planted on the couch w fatigue.

Accepted startup role and at the time I was one of the more senior non-Director members and next promotion would be Director. Joined 2 months later and they added another layer in between me and Director and they had promoted quite a few people into my title. I’m a little annoyed that now it’ll take more time to get promoted to Director given new layer. And couldn’t give me more money at signing cause I was at top of the lead salary band. Advice on bringing this up to boss?
