I’m at very low point in my life. Being rejected and rejected time and time again for jobs after graduating from college in 2021 wasn’t something I was prepared for. At least for this long. I have Depression, Anixety, and ADHD. I have no emotional support as my my family is torn apart. My birth mom is deceased, my step mom is deceased, I don’t have a relationship with my father and most of my siblings are fending for themselves. It’s hell. And I’m constantly reminded how behind I am by family.

Hello! I’m only about 4 weeks pregnant, so super early. I am about to go on vacation and thankfully did a quick search on some “dos and donts” for the first trimester. I am v disappointed to see I shouldn’t do saunas and hot tubs as my vacation was really planned to be all relaxation. My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? Do you ever have moments where you're like wow that actually is eye opening and I wouldn't have gotten that from reading self help books and websites etc?

1st of all: I’m super inspired by this bowl. I’m now mid-30s and recently went 50+ days without drinking and felt good/productive. (Longest streak since before turning 21) But how do you stick with it?
