Does anyone have recommendations for some sort of app or audio recording or YouTube series they like and don’t find boring for a) mindfulness and b) hypnotherapy? Trying to add more tools to my “manage bipolar and anxiety” toolbox and do much better when someone talks me through things.

When I was diagnosed, I struggled to find any info out there on adults and workplace etc. Thinking of setting up just a blog space for people’s stories, anonymously. If anyone’s happy to tell their story or an experience that might be useful lmk. Happy to provide a framework of questions so you don’t have to write a think piece... could be how it impacts work, advances your work, learnings from medication, learnings from stress, how you tell people, etc - anything that could help others!

Did a teladoc consultation today and got confirmed for ADHD. Was asked to go on medication given nature of job. Was told side effects are negligible after 30 years of age. Thoughts?

What does every do for a healthy snack?
Weight loss is stagnating (23 M, 5’10” previously 210lbs 29.5% BF now 188ish lbs 21.5% BF) and I figure tuning up nutrition could be the extra kick I need.

I like RX bars, but thinking of switching to fruit with natural PB (I.e. only peanuts and oil) since guessing anything that isn’t processed will help give me that extra push to my goal (175 lbs 15% BF). Any ideas are appreciated!

Real question: how does a hospital system using a leading EHR not know where in the facility a patient is? Father brought in via ambulance at 215pm.....and when my mother called a few hours later for an update on his status they had no idea where he was. She played “transfer me to Dept X bingo” (ED, med/surg, OR, PACU), til she found a nurse who knew where he was. How does this happen?

With the lateral market booming, what are the odds of a second year lit associate being able to lateral into a corporate practice somewhere? The only thing I like about lit is discovery and reviewing documents and transactional work seems more my speed.
