Is anyone else who works in SPED dealing with students who are coming to school sneezing + coughing, cannot consistently keep masks on, and don’t understand social distancing? I absolutely used to love what I do but I’m feeling extremely anxious about guidelines not being followed within these groups. I am high risk and so are my family members. I don’t know what else to do and it might be time for me to go, but I would miss my students so much. I’m feeling stuck! Please tell me I’m not alone?

I’ve taken Adderall for several years & it has helped a lot for my ADHD. However, recently I have been increasingly overwhelmed with balancing work, school, & home life. I am really struggling to manage my symptoms even while taking the maximum ER dosage. I recently started taking Strattera as well, but haven’t noticed much improvement. My doctor has suggested switching to Vyvanse instead. What are your thoughts on Vyvanse vs Adderall? Has anyone has had more success with it?

How is it possible to be performing very well yet feeling out of my depth every day? I struggle with anxiety and imposter syndrome multiple times a day... It's exhausting. Tried exercise, mindfulness, therapy... Gets better one day, then the triggers come and I lose it... This shouldn't be like this, right? Hi! I’m looking to pivot for the ad world to something art-adjacent but far off from advertising but have a networking question. Share your views on micromanagement in recent times.

I am a mid-level associate in litigation. In law school, I focused on appellate litigation and did exclusively moot court and appellate focused classes (successfully, won several awards if it matters). I am now doing a lot more trial at work than I expected and am feeling out of my element and not as skilled as I would like. Obviously I should have done trial practice/mock trial in law school, but it being too late for that now, any recommendations on what I can do to improve as a trial lawyer?
