Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. It is common practice at my small firm by two main partners to fly through transactions for clients regardless of potential conflicts (for the company) or issues that may arise. It is often chaotic and has led to lawsuits being filed by investors against the clients. I know this is expected from time to time but I feel like I’m not getting the proper exposure to doing deals the right way. Would it be better at a larger firm or is this common anywhere? Mostly deal with microcap companies.

I need some direction. Decided to be a good sport today and go into the office for a hybrid meeting. Did the zoom meeting and now I’m sitting in my stuffy office with my shitty system, sending emails. Meanwhile I’ve billed about a .3 all day. Fuck this I’m out.

I’m in a nightmare case involving multiple claims of professional negligence against many people/entities. The two person firm representing the plaintiffs has filed 6 notices of unavailability and essentially refuses to allow depositions or motion practice to occur. Is there a way to ask for court intervention to move this case forward? CR 16?
