I joined Apisero as a Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce) back in November as they were hiring people from any technology with 2 YOE. They said they’d train and deploy on projects. It has been 9 months and trust me, I along with others who joined, haven’t got any projects till yet. The Salesforce practice doesn’t have any active/new clients. There have only been trainings and certification coupons given [contd.]

Been at ACN for <2 years in the T&O practice and being let go due to restructuring (new MD did not know me and my CC wasn’t very helpful in relaying my story). I got Workday PM certification which was approved by the previous MD and been involved in a couple of Workday HR Transformation engagements. What happens to my Workday certification after I leave ACN?

Is it possible to switch in product management with no MBA and just pharma consulting experience?

I have had long weeks since the last few weeks including woking weekends and now they tell me that you need to put additional 8-10 hrs every week for this crap. Just wanted to ask if this is a serious thing? Are people actually put into review if they miss out on this? Ya phir sirf time sheets me learning hours daaldo and sab chalta rahega?

Hiring manager had reached out to me before I met the others to provide addl background on everyone else I was meeting. Is it appropriate for me to ask the hiring manager for feedback here? As I have seen getting billability is not in our hands, for some weeks I'm not billable at all or you can say on bench. I'm getting billability on weekly basis. Even in a week I'm 50% billable which anyway going to hamper utilisation %. But still part of the project.
