What do you think is a record time for a beginner to sell their first home? I just started in the company and I was lucky that the people I took as my first clients were the people I worked for as a nanny for their children. I made the sale 3 days after starting in the agency, and everyone congratulated me. I think I broke a national record.

Hope you guys are honest with yourself. Tesla is gonna be forced to dump remaining Bitcoin or else they will have to report even more mark to market losses next earnings. Their buyin was near 35k. If they sell now they can maybe break even with the 10% they sold for 50k+. Once that is reported expect Bitcoin to be sub 25k and Michael saylor having to sell to avoid further mark to market losses

Switching jobs and am getting 250k RSUs (25% vested each year over 4 years) the stock seems to be doing good (40% growth over the past year) should I keep them all or sell some and put in ETFs or index funds? Or something else?

Anyone ever solo travel for a long period of time after they’ve outgrown social hostels? Masks aren’t required anymore indoors in my area. Ran errands without a mask yesterday for the first time and today woke up with a bad cold :( probably because my immune system is very weak.
