Anyone doing MAL in DC this year? 🐷😈
Seth Godin artfully describes a common ailment - "The Trough of Inefficiency. Question is - What to do about it? Certainly, maximum clarity about WHAT SHOULD BE HAPPENING is essential to closing the gap between that and WHAT IS HAPPENING.

Finally got diagnosed with adhd. Welp
I take adderall and Wellbutrin, and suffer from sleep issues, but not quite insomnia. I loveeeee to sleep (I think it’s partially the depression), but I do sleep-procrastinate. Since I smoke weed often, it’s difficult for me not to fall asleep at some point.
Have you tried edibles, smoking weed and/or CBD? How about melatonin? Do you exercise? These all really help.
Melatonin in high doses + antidepressants can be a bad mix because in rare cases it could cause serotonin syndrome. Benadryl (AKA ZZZQuil) is a relatively safe over-the-counter option but best not to use it daily. Don’t take NyQuil because you’re just taking acetaminophen for no reason which isn’t great for you.
I find myself falling asleep during the day then unable to sleep at night. I definitely agree with the posters above about melatonin and/or and edible a half hour to hour before bed
Have you tried seroquel? The only problem is that I couldn't stay awake when I took it and it made me gain weight
Following. I just started anxiety / depression meds a month ago and I have vivid nightmares every night. Melatonin doesn’t help. I’ve thought about trying some CBD oil or edibles
You might not have a high enough dose. Had a lot of these types of sleep issues early on taking antidepressants
I’ve been on it a few years. Currently dosing down and on a pretty low dose to hopefully stop after the seasonal depression time of the year is over.
My experience: trazodone is the charm. Before I got that Rx, melatonin helped a bit. Sadly alcohol and cannabis make me sleepy but worsen sleep quality.
I take my Lexapro and wellbutrin in the morning.
Exercise. Stay off your phone/tv/any screen an hour before bed. Read. Smoke some pot. Tiring myself out helps.
Lots of cardio and valerian
Olanzapine is great, only challenge is the weight
I just got Wellbutrin added to my daily Lexapro. I think it’s messing with me already.
