Anyone think the MSFT stock will drop again? Seems to be trending up, might buy or wait?

Do you find yourself growing less confident with age? I feel like I used to be so confident with my job etc when I was younger ... I seem to be perfectly fine at home with my family, but professionally, I feel like I’m looking for opportunities to put myself down. How does one fix this?
