I prefer the closed version. I’ve had the original and the slightly larger 42 with date at 6. I don’t personally like skeletonized or open heart dials.
The caseback though…
Zenith are great watches. It's essentially the El Primero with its dress lifted a little. If the design speaks to you, go for it.
Rising Star
Depends on what “worth buying” means to you? Is it a well built and designed watch, with a legendary movement that will last you ages? Absolutely hell yes. Worth the 10K.
Will it retain its value/go up in value? Likely not - other than a few key exceptions, Zenith does not do as well as other brands in the secondary market (warranted or not). Plus open heart designs tend to be polarizing. I’d try and get a discount upon purchase but not sure if discounts are easy for new models.
Me too! Absolutely love that watch

I like the classic Chronomaster original and it’s on my list to buy someday. This is a great model as well if you like the skeleton look
I'll get this over the standard. A Zenith has been on my list for a while and I love to watch the movement work.

Not a fan the skeleton - I like the OG

I prefer the Original version.
Hot take incoming: skeleton dials remind me of Sturhling or other cheap watches
If you’re really looking for skeleton dials, I think the Zenith defy range offers some pretty unique designs! I like the chronomaster original 38 the with closed dial face a lot more than this one
