Guys, motivation is at an all time low, all the associates are pissed. We’re making less than what unemployment pays out and still required to bill 200 hours. No bonuses and no idea when our salaries will go back to normal. Anyone else in a similar boat?

I was hired by a company that is paying me a ridiculous amount of money to do my job, but they lied to me, they lied to all of the new hires. This isn’t underwriting, this is a call center. We aren’t even allowed to answer coverage questions when the agents call. The call volume is INSANE - like 70+ calls a day. There’s no actual underwriting happening, and I don’t know what to do. The money is great, but the job is a joke. I’ve been here for 2 months and I want out. Advice?

What’s the best way to get exposure to commodities? I’m at ~60% equity, 20% bonds, 20% real estate. Trying to hedge against a future market crash given how high equity is now. So accordingly don’t want to buy an ETF that trades commodity stocks.

1. Analysts expecting company to report 50% revenue increase, company reports 40%, stock goes down. (Assuming profit beat).
2. Analyst expecting company to report 15% net loss, company reports 10% loss, stock goes up.

Is this absurd or am i crazy?
