Fishers, any tip to apply and ace for a role that you have zero experience? I have more than 10 years of experience as EA and want to move to OM/admin manager role however most companies only hire those with minimal 3-5 years of experiences.

I’m currently F10 and have interviewed at several big tech companies in the last year before I accepted this job. The numbers people are throwing out definitely do not reflect what any of these companies offered for base+bonus.

I work in house and started 6 months ago. Graduated law school in 2018. base pay is $150K and 15% bonus. Fully remote and unlimited PTO. I got a call from an Amazon recruiter for base salary of $170K, and the rest of the equity/bonus they give. Total comp $285K. Trying to leave biglaw litigation as a 3rd year but don’t know whether this path is realistic.
