Following. Been binging YouTube. There's one expat that posts weekly, plus they have a ton of content...Iceland with a view.
Probably looking at Sept.
Thanks for sharing D1!
I went in March 2019, does that help? It was awesome
Interested as well. I’ve heard a lot of people have done so recently. Iceland Air changed some of their policies (such as no longer allowing unrestricted onward flights), and I’ve heard tests or proof of vaccination is required.
Following too. Been wanting to do another trip to Iceland and eyeing a trip late August.
Thinking of going the week of the 4th of July
I went a few years ago. Very pleasant but very expensive. Also a lot of driving. I’d really like to go back.
Same! I have a travel voucher there from a cancelled trip in 2020. Wanna actually get there this year!
I went pre pandemic and loved it. Iceland is such a great country though expensive. Last I checked their covid cases weren’t too bad. In any case, I highly recommend Iceland. If I could , I’d leave the states and retire there haha
Go here, click on Iceland. Explains the current rules for entry. It’s updated every day if there is a change. https://www.united.com/ual/en/us/fly/travel/international-map.html
I've gone through the rules in details. I'm just wondering personal traveling experience to Iceland recently after they re-open borders....🤗
Can anyone who has recently gone explain the testing process on arrival? Do you get tested @ the airport and get results same day?
