Anyone here “overemployed”?
I am a Principal Solutions Architect with 13 YOE of which 5 years exp is with Biotech focusing on Public Cloud (AWS) & overall AWS exp. 9 years. I need suggestions /opinions if applying for a Senior Solutions Architect (Level6) at AWS makes sense or if I should aim for a Principal SA (level 7) role at AWS with Healthcare & Lifesciences industry experience. If it makes any difference, I worked for AWS ProServe as an external SA in the past. Any insights / feedback appreciated.

However, if you want an ME3 carrier, looks like they are partners with ethiad
You can’t convert AA miles to another airline. You can redeem your AA miles for a reward flight on a partner airline.
You can't transfer miles from one airline to another. No airline in the world does that. You can use miles from your airline to book an award on another airline that partners with your airline. Emirates only US-award partner is Alaska. Etihad, Qatar, and Cathay are AA's 5 star airline partners. You can redeem business class to the Middle East for 70k miles for example on Etihad and Qatar or 110k in First (Etihad Apartment).
AA is part of Oneworld (Not the Star alliance), as is Qatar and Cathay. Like Emirates, Ethiad has created it's own partnerships with airlines, such as American
It doesn't look like they are partners anymore: https://www.emirates.com/us/english/skywards/about/partners/our-partners.aspx
I was hoping there's another way of converting the miles even though they aren't partners
I didn't realize they weren't partners, something to look into, transferring those points to Amex or another type of points, then buying through the new point.
Think AA --> AMEX --> Emirates
I haven't ever looked into it, but I highly doubt any credit would let you transfer any type of points or miles from another TO the credit card
