Honestly it’s a bit of a mixed bag for me, and I stopped shopping there.
It fit fantastic the first couple of times and I was really excited, but it is showing wear and also things just don’t lay like they used to anymore (dress collar, etc). I tried a vcut sheath dress, pencil skirt with cut in front. Maybe have worn them 5-6 times gently and dry cleaned each time, so definitely nothing crazy.
I also own a cardigan, fake wrap blouse and a casualish knit dress and they seem to hold up better. Cardigan I actually love - it looks expensive, has nice little details (gold hooks) and is holding up really well (no fuzzies in the underarms area). Blouse and knit dress are fine but honestly nothing special.
I think Milly, Hugo boss on sale, Vince are better.
Maybe give one piece a go to see if it works.
Yes I tried it and lived it. It is expensive though
I tried Stitch Fix and wasn’t a fan. I’ve heard good things about Trunk Club, which is a similar service by Nordstrom.
I love MM, although do agree it's expensive. I get a compliment when ever I'm in one of their pieces.
the best deal is when they do their "misfits" sale for 60% off in a show room near Soho. for minor stains or fixes, it's a great price.
For context, I'm 24, still defining my style, and on the heavier side in the midst of losing weight.
Thanks! It seems most folks don’t like. I like loft a lot but was hoping to get something that was delivered to me and all that Jazz. Any other service you would recommend. With work, travel, kids, friends, I barely have time to shop!
Of Mercer is so much better. I went to MM showroom and was so disappointed in the how cheap it felt for how expensive it is
Ditto what EY1 posted. This is also my experience with MM.LaFleur. I would not buy again and I don’t recommend them to friends
also.. I don't like blazers as they often make me look stern. the jardigans are an amazing solution
I have 2 dresses and one pants. I do wear them a lot. However, I think they are overpriced and will probably stop shopping there.
Trunk club didn’t work for me. I found a personal stylist, shopped w her once, defined my style and now shop online. No time to stroll around Nordstrom or boutiques till I retire.
