My friend was just raving about it, and he truly is a new person. Went from depressed recluse to a normally functioning human.

Yes. The nose spray was FDA approved last year to treat depression. I prefer the IV method which is administered in a doctor’s office. I had my first appointment last Friday. When I walked in, I expected to see a bunch of middle-aged suicidal-looking patients in the waiting room. To my surprise, it was the exact opposite. It was mostly young 20-30 year olds that work in high-stress jobs looking for something to help them reset. The ketamine experience was out of this world - almost literally. I put on Dark Side of the Moon and within minutes felt like I was escaping to a different universe. The therapeutic effects are still there and I would love to keep this as a monthly-quarterly routine going forward, but it’s not cheap…

Mid-level here. Has anyone gotten their firm to approve their doing work at a deep discount and, if so, what strategies did you use? A potential client approached me directly about a small matter (~20 to 30 hr amicus brief). The potential client (gov’t) pays a standard rate ~40% lower than mine, but I want to take on the project because it would be a good professional opportunity (e.g., high profile case & client) and of course the lower rate won’t affect my comp directly. 🤷‍♀️ All advice welcome!
