Billing question - Do you have clients pay an outstanding balance within 30 days of sending out your account or earlier? I’ve heard some firms require clients to pay as soon as the account is rendered (ie. within 5 business days) but not sure if clients actually do that in reality and you end up chasing them? Any creative ideas are welcome!

Hi everyone, its my first time posting here but thought I'd ask for some advice on this.
am a beginner UXer with a design education background. I just got a job as UI Designer. I am super anxious. I am good at research to wireframing. But UI, never done it before... high fid, design systems etc are all so new to me. This is making me so insecure getting into the new job what if I make a fool of myself? What if I ruin projects and real client work? Should be excited but can't stop overthinking.

Well, Canada turned away from democracy in less than a month. That’s alarming!

I’d like to keep this pointed toward education so I guess I will ask if this changes their educational system in the short term? I’m guessing that it won’t, but there will be long term effects from such radical steps and maintaining a paradigm shift such as this.

The home is spacious (2000 sq feet), got a rooftop deck, indoor garage and an exclusive storage unit.
