Any advice on negotiating for things other than salary with current employer? Most interested in a <40 hr work week (while still considered FTE), but also good to hear perspectives on negotiating for more PTO, benefits, 401k match, bonus, etc. How do I turn the conversation to this from annual raise discussion? Should I address with my line manager or HR? What are fair trade-offs for salary $s?

Hello Fishes, Last Monday I had an HR discussion for Cognizant. Since i am holding a counter offer of value 16Lac, I asked 18Lac as an expected salary. At last, HR said further exceptional approval is required and the remaining process will take 3 to 4 days.
Since then no further update on my candidature. I tried to reach out to HR by both Mobile & Email. But no response
Will they update something?
does anyone come across this kind of issue?
