Anyone use lifetime gym on 23rd street? How do you like it? Planning on ending my equinox membership and joining lifetime instead.

I like it way more than equinox. Better lighting, nicer/larger space, less people, and month to month

I usually go to 23rd or NoHo but I go to sky occasionally when I’m over there. Yeah think that’s the only one with the basketball courts

Loved it when it was NYHRC

I've been. To me it's not as nice or cool or as sexy as equinox but it's as close as I've seen to an equinox runner-up and, for the price, it's a significantly better value.

It’s great. Not too packed and they offer some good workout classes

Diagnosed with ADHD at 40. Tried Vyvanse for a couple of months. It works in terms of depriving grogginess, afternoon post meal crash, and suppressing appetite (at times).

However, I still needed help planning/prioritizing my day,  listening and active note taking, and keeping myself accountable. So decided to replace meds with coffee. Also, the fact that most people on meds had to progressively increase their medication over time did not sit well with me. (cont'd)

Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers. For Netflix maybe have different different APIs for signing up vs scrolling through possible movies?

Posting here because I truly don't know what to do. Hired a moving company to move out of NYC. They turned out to be just the 'brokers' not the company who would actually do the moving services. Essentially both companies worked together to get as much money out of me as possible, and the pick-up experience was awful. It's now been 10 days and I still have no idea where my belongings are, and neither company will answer my calls, texts, emails, anything!! What can I do in this situation?
